1kg potatoes
⅓ cup cornstarch

For the Filling:

3 cups mushrooms
½ zucchini
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
