Amazingly flavorful taco “meat” made with quinoa, smoky seasonings, and salsa! Baked until hot and crispy. A healthy substitute for ground beef (just 9 ingredients)!

1 cup tri-color, white, or red quinoa     AND      1 cup vegetable stock

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast      AND      2 teaspoons ground cumin

 2 teaspoons ground chilli     AND     ½ teaspoon garlic powder

 ½ teaspoon each salt     AND     black pepper

½ 1 tablespoon olive oil     OR     avocado oil
