Spicy Moroccan Sweet Potato Soup can be made in the Instant Pot or Stove-Top! This hearty vegan sweet potato soup features chickpeas and veggies in a flavorful harissa spiked broth.

1 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons harissa paste or hot sauce
fresh chopped cilantro (coriander)
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
lime wedges (optional)

You can purchase the following ingredients here:

1 can chickpeas      AND     1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth     AND    2 teaspoons ground cumin

salt and pepper to taste
