Cayenne Pepper is a type of Capsicum, related to the pepper family. Cayenne pepper is a source of vitamins A and C, known to stimulate circulation by opening the capillaries. It assists the digestive system and is a common ingredient in cold and flu remedies. Apart from medicinal benefits Cayenne Pepper is also packed with great nutritional value. Cayenne pepper adds a little heat to beverages, sauces and stews. Warnings: Do not exceed recommended dosages. Not to be taken as a substitute for a varied diet. Store below 25 degrees Celsius, in a dry place. Always mix Activated Charcoal well into water before drinking. Activated Charcoal may neutralize the effects of certain types of drug medication.
